Our dog Charlee lives for her visits-she can't get through the door fast enough to see her furry friends and the incredible staff who treat her like one of their own. The team is nothing short of amazing-always warm, welcoming, and so accommodating. We honestly don't know what we'd do without them!

Every visit is a new adventure for Charlee, and it shows-when we pick her up, she's got the biggest doggy grin and is joyfully exhausted from all the fun and playtime. We’re so grateful for the love and care they give her. We absolutely LOVE the Pet Resort!

Lindsey, the owner, has been incredible with both communication and flexibility, and all the staff are so warm and patient. They always remember who I am at pick-up, which makes the experience feel that much more personal. Dot's excitement every time we arrive tells me everything I need to know about how well she's treated there.

What sets this place apart is how the staff go above and beyond. They work on basic commands and even offer helpful tips on how I can better train Dot at home. Honestly, I don't know how I'd manage raising a puppy without the support of the Pet Resort.

Cannot thank the Staff at Penticton Pet Resort enough for all of their help / support over the last few years.  I often have crazy / last minute work trips and the staff / owner have been incredibly accommodating and responsive in supporting our family with care for my little one.  Great upbeat / professional team and Zaya is always happy to be dropped off.

Lindsey (the owner) and her team take such good care of our furbaby, Ember, whenever we board her at the Penticton Pet Resort. Ember is a special needs dog so it is highly important for us to have the kind of reassurance and peace of mind that their facility gives us each and every single time that she is at their place.

Rebecca (one of their pet care professionals) has established a strong bond with Ember.

To say Lindsey and her team are the sweetest, most compassionate and animal loving people is an understatement! They really treat your fur babies as their own and show them so much love. We can't even say the word daycare anymore or our two big pups go crazy with excitement! I've never had a worry or concern dropping my pups off for any length of time. Best place for pets ever!!

We have been bringing our dog Ossy here for almost three years now. Ossy absolutely loves life every time we drop him off. He gets tons of play time and is exhausted every time we pick him up which is fantastic! The team at the pet resort is always so quick to reply and does there best to accommodate. The online booking is such a great feature. We are so happy to have a pet resort in town that we trust!

I dropped my Boomer off for the first time, for 3 nights. I had never been apart from him since he was a pup. He’s 2 years old. I heard so many good things and what do you know he had a fantastic time! I even got an update with some pictures of him having fun to put my mind at ease while I was away. I will definitely be bringing my boy here in the future. He almost didn’t even want to come home! It was like trying to get a kid to leave Disneyland!

I've been a client of Lindsey for over 10 years. My dogs have always been so loved and well taken care of by her and her team. Lindsey is amazing with dogs of all ages and needs. The best testimonial however is hearing my dogs go crazy excited when they realize they are going to stay with her...I've never had that with a dog boarding place before! I would highly recommend Penticton Pet Resort to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about this place! They take our puppy on short notice and Wally LOVES when we drop him off! We had to drop him somewhere for a couple weekends when we first got him around 5 months and being around all the other dogs has been massively positive for his development! We love that we can rely Lindsay and her awesome staff to take care of Wally and like that he gets to play for so many hours in a day!!

Buddy & Holly love all the girls, and their weekly visit at Penticton Pet Resort. They've stayed overnight as well numerous times, and are always the happiest dogs when I go to pick them up. Would never consider anywhere else for my fur babes!

Can't say enough great things about Lindsey and her team. Both of my rescue dogs can be a handful at times and there's never been a single problem! They took great care of my special needs guy with confidence and ease, which is a huge weight off our shoulders!
