Our Facility

We’re excited to introduce the newly constructed dog boarding and daycare facility at Penticton Pet Resort. Completed in June 2025 and spanning over 4,400 square feet, this purpose-built space is designed to provide the highest standard of care for your canine companions.

Designed for Comfort and Convenience

Inside and out, the facility is designed with spaciousness and comfort in mind. There’s plenty of room for dogs to move, rest, and play freely in a calm, well-ventilated environment. We’ve also made drop-off and pick-up easy with a large parking lot, convenient access to the lobby, and a designated dog potty area just outside the front of the building for quick bathroom breaks before or after a stay.

Climate-Controlled Care

Our facility features a professionally engineered heating, air conditioning, and ventilation system to ensure clean, fresh air and a comfortable temperature year-round, no matter the weather outside.

Outdoor Play Yards

Dogs enjoy access to five fully fenced and covered outdoor yards with high-quality synthetic turf for safe, clean play. These yards are protected by a massive 3,000 square-foot fabric building, allowing your pup to run and play outdoors in all weather conditions without exposure to rain, snow, or harsh sun.

Luxury Boarding Suites

We now offer luxury suites as an upgraded boarding option, providing extra space and comfort. Some suites even include private doggie doors leading to individual outdoor yards for added freedom and privacy.

Additional Features

Additional features include a dedicated grooming room and dog wash tub, making it easy to keep your pup fresh and clean during their stay. And for your peace of mind, the entire facility is monitored by a comprehensive video surveillance system covering all indoor and outdoor areas.
