Whether your dog is with us for a single night or an extended holiday, Penticton Pet Resort offers a range of overnight boarding options designed to fit your pup’s needs and your preferences. All dogs enjoy a clean, safe, and caring environment — but for those who like a little extra room or added luxury, we offer a variety of upgraded accommodations.
Our boarding guests also participate in our daytime daycare program, enjoying structured play, socialization, and plenty of fresh air before winding down in their private space for the night.

All bookings for overnight boarding are completed through our online registration system. This quick process lets you share important details about your pet, outline any special care instructions, and select the dates for their stay. Using this system helps us prepare the right accommodations and ensures a smooth check-in when you arrive. Our most elevated boarding option — the Red Room Suites — are designed for dogs (and dog parents) who want a true resort experience.
- Large, private suite with deluxe bedding and extra floor space.
- Doggy door access to a private, secure outdoor yard for quiet, individual time outside.
- Located in our quietest area for ultimate relaxation.
- Perfect for dogs who are anxious, high-end guests, or long-stay vacationers.

Boarding is available 7 days a week
Vaccines
For the health and safety of all pets in our care, please ensure your dog’s DAPP and Bordetella vaccines are up-to-date and records are submitted before they join us!
Drop-off hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Pick-up hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM.
Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM.
Late Checkout
There is a charge of $20.00 for check outs after 12pm.
No "after hours" check outs.
Cancellation policy
Cancel any time.
Boarding payment
You can pay when you drop off your dog(s) or when you pick them up. We accept E-transfers, cash, cheque, credit card, debit cards. If you are paying by E-transfer we ask that you do so before you pick up your dog(s).
50% deposit is collected at drop off for all boarding over $400.
Restrictions
• For intact dogs, a $5 daily rate applies to support enhanced playgroup selectivity for safety and comfort.
• For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept female dogs in heat. If a female pup goes into heat during her stay, she will enter our private yard program at a $20 per day rate.
• If group play isn’t a good fit, your dog will enjoy our private yard program, which includes small groups, specific playmates, and/or solo play, at a $20 per day rate.

From simple nail trims to full grooming packages, we offer a range of options to suit every pup’s needs. Pricing varies depending on size, coat condition, and service, but every appointment is handled with care, patience, and attention to detail. Whether your dog just needs a quick refresh or a full makeover, our team is here to help.
